Birth Doula Services

Includes:

  • Initial Consultation (virtual or in-person)

  • Two prenatal visits

  • Informational support via phone/email

  • Referral network of care providers

  • On call from 38 weeks

  • Continuous physical, emotional, and informational labor support

  • Immediate postpartum support at birth location

  • Postpartum visit, 1-2 weeks after birth

  • Aromatherapy: personalized blend of essential oils to be used during pregnancy and birth— if requested.

Postpartum Doula Services

  • Education, nonjudgmental support, and companionship

  • Newborn care to allow you time for rest, recovery, and self-care

  • Extensive knowledge regarding breastfeeding and infant feeding

  • Evidence based knowledge about postpartum recovery and newborn care

  • Light housekeeping

  • Meal preparation

  • Referral network available when needed

Sibling Doula Services

  • Initial Consultation

  • Date night to acquaint me with your child(ren) and their routines

  • Age appropriate resources and education of pregnancy and birth

  • On call beginning at 38 weeks

  • Light housekeeping

  • Meal preparation

  • 12 hours of care at your place of birth and/or your home

  • Hourly rate for additional hours of care
